Landlord Dumpster Rental Stress in Wakefield, MA

We recently received a call from a distressed landlord. He needed to rent a dumpster but in a residential area that did not have adequate parking for the dumpster to be dropped off. We ended up providing a "live load" dumpster rental to help him out. A live load dumpster rental is when we bring a truck over with a dumpetsr rental size of your choosing and simply wait while you fill the dumpster. This was the perfect dumpster solution for our customer. 

Live loads are perfect when there is either no parking or when you think you need to load the dumpster quickly so no one else fills it (say if we leave it overnight and neighbors have their way). 

This particular landlord was in desperate need for a dumpster rental for a clean-out service before a new tenant was moving in. He needed to rent the dumpster and have the property cleaned out in just one day! The previous tenant left all kinds of debris behind.

We talked to him and reassured him that we could do a live load, guiding him through our “Top 10 List” so he would be organized and ready to go when we arrived. Because the driver had to wait with the dumpster for the load, there was a minor additional fee, but it was a worthy solution for another quick and reliable dumpster service, and another happy dumpster customer in Wakefield, MA!
